The 2017 Honda Jazz (facelift) has been showcased at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. The car gets some upgradations to the exterior part with a new metallic Sky Blue colour option.

The facelifted version of Honda Jazz is offered with an all new Dynamic Grade variant. It is powered by a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, which is to be offered for the first time in Europe. The Euro-6 compliant engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox as standard, which is capable of generating 99 BHP of maximum power along with 200 Nm of peak torque. There will be an optional CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). It is claimed to return a mileage of 18.5 kmpl. Alongside, a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine will be offered in all trims, which will be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox that produces 88 BHP of maximum power and 110 Nm of maximum torque.

The Dynamic variant also gets triple-strake diffuser to the rear bumper and a thinner front splitter – both finished with a red accent line. In addition, it also features signature LED headlamps, fog lamps at the front and a tailgate spoiler. The front bumper is sharply sculpted and featured with sleeker contours near the air vents. It runs on gloss-black R16 alloy wheels.

The all new Jazz comes with a boot capacity of 354-litre which can be extended up to 897 litres by folding down the rear seats. Other features include automatic headlights, rear-view camera, cruise control and heated seats as standard. It also gets the City-Brake Active safety feature which detects forward collision and gives warning to the driver. It also features traffic sign recognition and lane departure warning. The interior of the new Jazz looks quite impressive. It is updated with a new 7-inch Digital touch-screen infotainment system on the new instrument cluster.

The 2017 Honda Jazz will hit the UK auto-market in November 2017. The features and equipment list may vary for different international market whereas the India-bound model will not see much changes in terms of features as the existing model.
