The exterior changes are easily visible and these include a larger front grille, updated headlamps and vertically positioned LED daytime running lights in place of the fog lamps. The front bumper too comes with a redesigned appearance. The top variants of the Go and Go+ will get 14-inch alloy wheels. So far, the Nissan owned brand has tried to give the Go and Go+ a more stylish and premium look with these exterior changes.

Cabin of the cars have been more appealing thanks to the addition of a 6.75-inch touchscreen infotainment system at the centre console. Apart from that, the Datsun Go and Go+ facelift get updated instrument cluster with analog and digital display. The dashboard gets a refreshed look, while the seat and upholstery materials have been updated as well.

On the safety front, both the 2018 Datsun Go and the Datsun Go+ come with ABS, front airbags, rear parking sensors. On the safety front, these Datsun models continue to get energy from the current model’s 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine. Transmission duty will be done by a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Indonesia-spec models get a CVT, but that is unlikely to be available in India. However, Datsun might introduce AMT variants of these models.
