Ducati, the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer has revealed the livery of the new MotoGP bike that will be ridden by Andrea Dovizioso and Jorge Lorenzo in a race. It was showcased at an event near its headquarters in Bologna, Italy.

The 2018 Ducati MotoGP is the refreshed version of the previous model, which gets tweaked design along with new colour scheme featuring sections of grey besides the traditional red and white paints.

Both the riders, Andrea Dovizioso and Jorge Lorenzo were present at the event of its unveil and were very happy to see the refreshed model. Dovizioso said that it looks absolutely stunning and beautiful from the outset. He added that the new bike has got something different from any other bike he has ridden before. The addition of the grey paint makes it even more stunning and aggressive. He also mentioned that the ultimate target is to win the world championship, just like they did in 2017.

On the new livery MotoGP, Lorenzo said that the refreshed version looks entirely different from the previous model. It looks modernised and packs top technology as well. He further added that both the team are ready to win the world championship.

The all-new Ducati MotoGP is scheduled to go for testing under Sepang later this month. After which, it may reveal the use of the GP18 machine in the bike. It has used the modified GP17 machine at the Valencia and Jerez in November 2017.

Casey Stoner and Michele Pirro will be the test riders in a three-day private test scheduled from 24th to 26th January 2018. The race riders will take over the bikes for official testing, between 28th to 30th January this year.

Andrea Dovizioso will enter the 2018 campaign as the favourite after going through a breakthrough season in 2017. Meanwhile, Lorenzo will try to build on a promising second half of last year.
