Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Limited (HMSI) is all set to launch the new CB 125F in the country market in this fiscal. The 125 cc commuter motorcycle is expected to play a key role in the brand’s double digit growth strategy in this fiscal. Ahead of the motorcycle’s nearing launch, the Japanese two-wheeler brand has patented it in the country. Upon launch, it will compete with rivals like Bajaj Discover 125 which is a very popular model in India for quite long time.
As it appears, the 2018 Honda CB 15F gets several styling updates across the body compared to the previous model. Compared to the old model, the new Honda CB 125F gets a sharper headlamp, while the visor, mudguard, fuel tank and seats too appear updated. Visually, the new model is way much attractive compared to the old one.
The exhaust muzzle of the 2018 Honda CB 125F has received a leaner and sleeker look compared to the previous model. The wider and lowered seats ensure more comfort for the rider and the pillion rider as well. While the details are yet to come out, but it could receive LED headlamp with LED daytime running light, which will surely add zing to the new model.
Speaking about its power source, the upcoming 2018 CB 125F is expected to be powered by the same 125 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, BS-IV engine. This engine will churn out 10 bhp of peak power at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 pm. In terms of mileage, the new Honda CB 125F is expected to come impressing us with around 65 kmpl. Expect the all-new bike to be priced at around Rs. 70,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
