Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the updated CD 110 Dream DX in India at a price tag of Rs 48,272 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2018 Honda CD 110 Dream DX comes wearing new golden coloured body graphics on the fuel tank and a new chrome finished exhaust heat shield. The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer hopes to see increased sales result for the 110 cc commuter bike with the updated version.
The Honda CD 110 Dream DX is based on a diamond type frame. Weighing 109 kg, the 110 cc commuter motorcycle gets a very practical design. It gets a twin pod instrument cluster with analog display and there is an 8-litre fuel tank, which ensures a generous running range for the model without refueling. The flat seat, rear carrier adds practicality to the bike.
The 2018 Honda CD 110 Dream DX is powered by a 109.19 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine paired with a 4-speed transmission. The engine churns out 8.31 bhp of peak power at 7,500 rpm and 9.09 Nm of peak torque from 5,000 rpm. Apart from that, the engine also returns generous fuel efficiency and the bike can run at a top speed of 86 kmph.
For braking duty, the 2018 Honda CD 110 Dream DX uses 130 mm of drum brakes at both ends. It runs on 6-spoke black alloy wheels. The bike is available in four different dual-tone paint options that are Black with Cabin Gold, Black with Green Metallic, Black with Grey Silver Metallic, Black with Red and Black with Blue Metallic.
