2019 Ford Figo Facelift to launch on March 15 [Booking Details]

With a big record of success stories in India, 2019 Ford Figo launch is about to happen soon. Ford has announced a pre-booking amount of Rs. 10,000 for this mini beast and we are eager to see how the new Figo will head against the best selling cars in India; Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10, and even the bigger cars like Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Hyundai Elite i20.

The new Figo not just a facelift but carries a new range of engines as well. The 1.2-litre engine is however borrowed from the last generation, but a new 1.5-litre petrol motor will also make its way in the new car. The 1.2-litre petrol motor will now be producing 96 PS of power and will come mated to a manual 5-speed transmission. The bigger 1.5-litre engine will produce 123 PS of power and will be employed with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both the engines are equally refined and will produce more opportunities for the user to chose from.

Ford Figo Exterior will now look upmarket and the front grill with horizontal lines will now be a metallic/chrome one with mesh design. The bumpers are redesigned to appeal some enthusiast and similar alterations have been executed at the rear of the vehicle. A new set of alloy wheels will enhance the performance character and clever usage of chrome is a welcome to premium touch and feel.

2019 Ford Figo interiors are now sophisticated. Gone are the cluttered set of buttons and dials. As seen in the 2019 Ford Aspire, the new Figo will also boast a 6.5-inch freestanding floating touch screen display that will support Android Auto and Apple Car Play along with Sync 3 infotainment system. Seats will get a bit of more cushioning to add to your comfort.

Standard safety aspects in this car will count reverse parking sensors, speed alert system, seat belt reminder, dual airbags, and ABS with EBD. Top end Ford Figo Titanium will house 6 airbags and a few additional safety aspects.
