With this initiative, Volkswagen aims to invest in objectives and steps towards imparting adequate knowledge and training to its indirect manpower and workforce, hence boosting their capacity and potential for an improved buyer connect and an excellent experience.
To comply with the rise in the use of automation in Volkswagen sales and service procedures, amidst a major transition in the automotive sector, it is crucial to educate and constantly bolster the brand’s first buyer interface, in order to reflect the values of Volkswagen’s global brand identity.
