TVS Motor Company has been working on the BS6 TVS Apache RR 310 will come with a new TFT instrument cluster and restyled graphics while being powered by a BS 6 certified petrol engine. The addition of the aforementioned elements could result in a price hike of up to Rs 8,000-10,000.
A video recently surfaced online, gives a glimpse of the new TFT cluster and updated graphics. However, the TFT instrument cluster retains the same vertical layout of the present model but it is a tad broader while reading the info is also relatively easier now.
In addition, the company has equipped the new Apache RR 310 with directional switchgear at the left side of the handlebar which allows the rider to go through all the info on the TFT screen. The bike might also feature Smartphone connectivity with the instrument cluster.
Recently, TVS had introduced the SmartXonnect connectivity system with the new Apache RTR 200 4V in the Indian market. As for the cosmetics, the BS6 Apache RTR 310 will flaunt a gloss-black inner fairing while it is presented in a grey-black dual-tone color scheme.
A huge 'Apache' emblem will also be positioned at the side profile. Mechanically, it will be powered by an updated BS6 certified version of the current petrol engine, albeit with a small dip in power and torque figures as seen with other BS6 TVS products as well.
