The 2020 TVS Apache RTR200 4V has a BSVI-compliant engine.
Two-wheeler manufacturers have also started updating their existing fleet to comply with BSVI-Emission norms that apply from April 2020. Here is the leaked picture of the 2020 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
The only change in the existing TVS Apache RTR 200 4V will be the fitting of a BSVI-compliant engine. As per the norms, TVS should come up with a fuel-injection engine, as against the carburetor and fuel-injection models available today. The fuel-injection engines deliver 20hp of power and 18Nm of torque.
The leaked pictures show that the stylish bike sports a new LED headlight with LED DRLs in the shape of eyebrows. This shape gives the vehicle an aggressive appearance and distinguishes it from its predecessor models. The other parts of the bike look very much the same as that of the outgoing model.
Every other feature, such as the fuel tank, belly pan, tail section, suspension, and brake set-up look similar to the existing model. However, one can expect the new 2020 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V to come with a new instrument cluster including Bluetooth connectivity. Initially, this feature was available on the TVS Ntorq. Considering its popularity, TVS extended the facility to its other models, as well. One expects the new instrument cluster to show turn-by-turn navigation along with additional information.
The launch of the all-new 2020 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V should be in the midst of the festive season.
