BMW India has launched the all-new X6 Sports Activity Coupe (SAC) at a sticker price of Rs. 1.15 Crore (Ex. Showroom) in the country. Being the second-generation of BMW's flagship offering in SUV segment, it would be available at BMW dealerships across India as CBU (Completely Built-Up) units. For those asking, the M Sports Package would be offered as standard with the new BMW X6.

The all-new BMW X6 would be offered in Alpine White as non-metallic paintwork and in four metallic paintworks: Carbon Black, Flamenco Red Brilliant Effect, Space Grey and Mineral White.
As for exterior styling, the all-new BMW X6 flaunts a wide kidney grille and large front air inlets with horizontal chrome trims at the front. At the rear end, there are horizontal lines along with L-shaped taillights with three –dimensional LED Adaptive Light. The interior cabin is finished in Dakota as standard, while Nappa leather upholstery is offered as optional. The X6 comes with 580 litres of boot space. It can be further extended to 1525 liters by folding down the rear seats. Additionally, there is a Driving Experience Control system which helps in saving fuel.
Mechanically, the BMW X6 is powered by a 3.0L, 6-cylinder turbo diesel motor which generates a maximum power output of 313bhp and peak torque performance of 600Nm. It is linked to a new eight-speed sport automatic transmission with BMW's xDrive four-wheel drive system as standard. The driver can take over manual control or change gears using shift paddles. The SUV accelerates to 100kmph from standstill in a mere 5.8 seconds, while attaining a top speed of 240kmph. As for safety, it gets 6-airbags, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Side-Impact protection, Electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor.
