The all-new Hyundai Santro has clocked over 38,500 bookings and 211,000 enquiries since its launch on Oct 23, 2018 in the Indian market. The small hatch is the first company model to feature Smart Auto AMT technology and company fitted CNG kit. The former had a contribution of 30 percent in the total bookings while the latter contributed to 18 percent of the total bookings received so far. The Santro is priced in a range of Rs 3.89-5.64 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, New Delhi) in the country, including the AMT and CNG variants.

The AMT gearbox and factory-fitted CNG kit is on offer in Magna and Sportz variants.
Hyundai Santro comes with a plethora of bells and whistles in form of segment-first 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and voice recognition and MirrorLink along connectivity, reverse parking camera, instrument cluster with MID, rear AC vents, all four power windows, keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear defogger, rear wiper and washer etc. to name a few. Mechanically, it is powered by the 1.1L 4-cylinder petrol motor that belts out top power of 67bhp and peak torque of 99Nm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed manual transmission as standard while it returns a mileage of 20.3kmpl. The CNG variants deliver fuel efficiency of 30.48km/kg.
