Audi A7 spied testing

Snapshot: Audi is giving a fresh new look to its A7 and could have features from the A8

The Audi A7 has been available for the Indian car market for a while now, and the car seems due an update according to what we gather. Audi has been testing the new and updated A7, but under covers. The car has been caught testing under the black and white swirl design that is iconic to Audi. The A7 genes however shine through the camouflage and it's not difficult to put 2 and 2 together. The changes seem to be cosmetic, but this being an Audi, we can also expect some new features to debut with this new A7.

The cosmetic changes consist of a restyled front and new headlights. The headlights have the new Matrix LED system from Audi's labs. The rear of the car have newly designed tail lights and have a striking similarity to the way Lamborghini designs its tail lights. The features that might have been upgraded are the Multi Media Interface and the controls, and ti might have some of the features of the 2015 Audi A8 that might have been picked up and tweaked a little to suit this Sportsback the best. The spy pictures dont reveal much of the interiors, so we cannot really say if those changes have really been made, but we can be sure about the updated exteriors of the car.

Although the pictures dont show it, we could also expect some upgrades to the engine that has been installed on the Audi A7. Some new driver assist technologies that were showcased in the Consumer Electronic Show earlier this year might make their way to this car. Audi has been known to showcase new technologies and eventually surprise us with bringing it into production cars much sooner than we expect.
