The Audi quattro Cup is back again with its Indian leg. The world’s biggest amateur golf tournament series brings its 12th season to Bhubaneswar Golf Club and Audi Bhubaneswar will play host to the 2019 season opener. This Audi event is expected to attract over 750 amateur and budding golfers to rival for the top spot at the India finals.
The Audi quattro Cup over the years has grown to be the most respected and premier corporate golf events, which will involve golfers from across India, who will pit against each other in the tournament commencing today.

The Indian leg of this coveted Audi golf tournament will be played on a Team Stableford format, in which the teams will be drawn randomly after the round. The individual handicaps will be taken from the Single Peoria system and the leading team with the best overall score from each leg will qualify for the finals in India in March 2019. The winner will qualify to compete in the World Finals in late 2019 where the Audi India winners were among the top teams globally within the last years.

After the first edition of the Audi quattro Cup is held in Bhubaneswar, it will then travel to Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Delhi/NCR.
Since 1991, the Audi quattro Cup is organized annually and the year 2019 is being celebrated as its 29th anniversary worldwide. It has emerged as the biggest amateur golf tournament series over the years. In over 20 years, more than 1.5 million amateur golfers have participated in the coveted Audi golf tournament.
The Audi quattro Cup spans 43 countries with 645 tournaments involving 80,000 participants annually.
