Audi India Inaugurates New Showroom in Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Audi India has inaugurated a new dealer outlet in the Madurai city of Tamil Nadu. It is the German luxury automaker's third dealership in the state of Tamil Nadu. Being named as 'Audi Madurai', it would feature the entire range of Audi cars and is located on the Madurai-Dindigul NH. This 3S facility (Sales, Service and Spare part) was inaugurated by Joe King, Head, Audi India and Ananda Krishnan, Managing Director, Audi Madurai and Audi Coimbatore.

Being spread in over 40,000 sq. ft., Audi Madurai's architecture boasts a honeycomb facade and the 8380 sq. ft. display area can features 8 cars at a time. It also features a lounge set-up with an informal seating, video walls and state-of-the-art interiors and lighting. Ananda Krishnan, Managing Director, Audi Madurai and Audi Coimbatore said, “We are proud to renew our association with Audi in Madurai after Coimbatore. Being a dominant luxury car brand in this region, we are committed towards delivering global Audi luxury experience to our customers. Audi’s technical leadership globally and its unmatched promise towards offering superlative luxury is what has driven us to deliver this world class 3S facility.”

Joe King, Head, Audi India said, “In the recent past, we have witnessed an exponential surge in demand for luxury cars coming out of Tamil Nadu. Opening a third showroom in the third largest city of the state is the next logical step after Chennai and Coimbatore. This 3S showroom reinstates our commitment and seriousness towards this market. Audi Madurai will enable us to command a leadership position in the state and also act as a catalyst towards our dominance in the Southern part of India.” Alongside the Audi Madurai's inauguration ceremony, the company also launched the new 2015 Audi TT at a sticker price of Rs. 62.23 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Madurai).
