Audi opens 24 X7 India’s largest Workshop

German luxury car manufacturer, Audi has added the one of a kind credit to it. As the Audi Gurgaon, which is the largest workshop of Audi India has opened its work station for 24X7. With this new benchmark, the workshop with its 24X7 functioning allows customers to drop off their vehicles after office hours and will also generate faster turnaround times by increasing the productive hours to the maximum.

The 24X7 workstation will offer smooth and efficient operation with 3 non-stop shift of highly skilled and trained technicians and managers will be operational at Audi Service Gurgaon. Effectively a new team takes over with fresh zeal and enthusiasm while the physical infrastructure’s use gets maximized with this approach. The current level of service efficiency is expected to go up by 30%.

Speaking on this, Mr Joe King, Head, Audi India said, “Customer experience is at the forefront of what we do at Audi and a great service experience is vital towards that. Audi Service Gurgaon has taken the lead in activating round-the-clock operations for the benefit of our customers. We are sure that this along with other initiatives that we are taking will strengthen our customer satisfaction efforts.,” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India.

Audi’s Gurgaon work station is spread across an impressive 26,000 sq.ft with a capacity to display 33 cars and is a World Class sales and service facility. The workstation comprises  of loaded 14 dedicated service bays to fulfil the demands of the market with a massive parking space with about 35 cars accommodated at one time.
