Audi has launched the petrol version of its Q5 luxury SUV in India at a starting price of Rs 55.27 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Audi Q5 petrol SUV comes with the most powerful engine in its segment as the petrol motor churns out 248 bhp of peak power and 370 Nm of torque output. This SUV is also capable of accelerating 0-100 kmph in 6.3 seconds with a top speed of 237 kmph.

Based on the second generation Audi Q5, the petrol variant of the car appears with identical design as the diesel powered model already available in India. It gets the sharp headlamps with Matrix LED, large signature Audi front grille with chrome embellishment, muscular and bold looking front bumper. The crafted looking side profile is complemented by the large and bold looking wheels. Moving to the rear, it gets Matrix LED taillights, sculpted tailgate, black bumper and skid plate.
Inside the cabin, the Audi Q5 petrol SUV is same as the diesel variant with beige and black dual tone theme. The wooden inlays on dashboard and centre console, 8.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system at centre console, 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit, Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system enhance its appeal further. It also gets 8 airbags, Auto Hold System, Audi Parking Plus with rear view camera etc.
Speaking about the power source for the SUV, the all-new Audi Q5 petrol gets a turbocharged 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine under the hood coupled with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. Power is sent to all the four wheels through the Quattro AWD system. It has five different modes under the Audi Drive Select feature. The engine returns 12.44 kmpl of mileage.
