The sketches reveal quite a few characteristics of the concept like design elements, electronics and ergonomics. Audi has already come out with e-tron (a full-sized all-electric SUV) and e-tron GT (a luxury sedan with coupe styling) and now the German brand is all set to unveil the 3rd instalment of this series - Q4 e-tron (a compact SUV). The concept will share resemblances with the upcoming Audi Q4 scheduled to hit the roads in next few months and Audi will position it in the segment consisting the Range Rover Evoque and BMW X2.
The Q4 E-tron sketches highlight the bold and sporty exteriors of the concept, handleless doors, high wheel arches and meaty tyres with chrome finished alloys. The front of the concept looks more aggressive due to a bigger grill, sharp headlamps (LED), air-intakes and the illuminated e-tron badge. The front quarter consists of a broad arch starting just above the headlight that fades away in the first door. A tornado arch can also be seen on the side panel of the concept that is joining the front and rear wheel arches.
The interiors look extremely futuristic with an all-digital instrument cluster and a slightly angled infotainment system. The satin blue inserts in the dashboard, front gates and around the gear-shift panel make the interiors more alive and luxurious. Geneva International Motor Show will be packed with a number of new all-electric concepts and Audi's pavilion is expected to be flooded by enthusiasts who might want to catch a glimpse of the Q4 e-tron.
