AutoExpo 2016 concluded with over 6,01,914 footfalls this year

The AutoExpo 2016 came to a successful end after the 5th public day at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. Over 6,01,914 people came to see the motor show this year and almost 65 manufacturers from around the globe participated in the show. This year’s expo recorded the launch & unveil of over 108 new products in the Indian motor market. The first two days of the expo held exclusively for media and was joined by over 1,54,000 media personals on 3rd and 4th this month.

From the glamour world, celebrities including Manoj Bajpayee, Aaliya Bhatt, Taapsee Pannu, Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor were a part of the show.

The AutoExpo 2016 was organised by joint effort of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA).

Speaking of the show, Mr. Vishnu Mathur, Director General, SIAM, said “we believe the evolution of the show has deepened the trust of automakers in Indian manufacturing strength and technical capabilities. We would like to thank all those who visited the Motor Show as well as all our exhibitors, partners and the media.”
