Bajaj V15 sales crosses 1.6 lakh mark, new ocean blue colour introduced

Bajaj V15, launched in March, 2016, has successfully crossed the 1.6 lakh unit mark in the domestic market. Owing to this success, Bajaj Auto has introduces a new ocean blue colour variant to treat the bike lovers this festive season. With this, Bajaj Auto, the indigenous two and three wheeler manufacturer, has added yet another feather to its cap. So, the people who are looking to buy this motorcycle are sure to face a sweet dilemma in choosing one from the heroic red, pearl white, ebony black and the latest ocean blue colour variants.

 

According to reports, the bike was said to have achieved a commendable feat by crossing over 1 lakh sales mark within 5 months of its launch. The company is optimistic about crossing many more milestones with this premium commuter bike in the months to come.

The Bajaj V15, the newest kid on the block in the commuter bike segment from the house of Bajaj, has been widely appreciated right from its inception, owing to its premium looks and powerful engine. The 149.5cc single cylinder engine can churn out 11.83Bhp of power at 7,500rpm and a maximum of 13Nm torque at 5,500rpm. Apart from being powerful, this premium bike promises a mileage of 70kmpl in favourable conditions, thus drawing more and more attention.

Talking about the appearance, the V15 carries an eccentric design, with the phase “Made from INS Vikrant’s metal” embossed on the fuel cap. The large fuel tank looks utmost attractive with a chiseled design. And to top it, the quirky headlamp and sharp tail-light gives it a premium look.

Bajaj is targeting the 2lakh milestone by the end of this year. Such has been the success stories of the bike that there has been rumours about Bajaj considering the idea of manufacturing two new bikes under the V branding by the end of 2017-2018 financial year.
