The iconic motorcycle manufacturer from Italy has just launched its quarter-litre naked offering in the Indian motorcycle market. DSK-Benelli today launched the naked street-fighter TNT25 at an aggressive price of INR 1.68 Lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). Benelli has launched the motorcycle in two variants, the base variant which is equipped with MRF tyres is priced at INR 1.68 Lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi) and the upper variant which is equipped with Metzeler tyres retails at INR 1.75 Lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
The Italian firm has confirmed that the price will remain the same for at least 12 months and soon the bike will also be launched having ABS as an option. The company has been developing its own ABS system for future models that will reach showroom in next six to eight months.
TNT25 has been priced very aggressively against its European counter parts, it directly competes with KTM 200 Duke and also the Mahindra Mojo. The firm has also reported that India based TNT25 has received a better ground clearance and improved exhaust note. The manufacturer plans to sell 6,000 units of this motorcycle and has already booked 250 units of the TNT25 till time.
