BMW has inaugurated its Group Center in Gurgaon, India

The launch of BMW’s latest bad boy, the M6 Gran Coupe happened at the state-of-the-art Group training Center in Gurgaon which was also its launchpad. The new training facility is spread over 2.2 acres land area with over 35,000 sq.ft of office space, and 15,000 sq.ft being readied and has all resources to provide training for all the BMW Group brands-Mini and Rolls Royce- in the market.

Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India said, “The BMW Group Training Centre is an extension of BMW Group’s commitment to India. BMW is the strongest and the most trusted luxury automotive brand in the country. We offer our customers exclusively authentic premium luxury products, which are differentiated by their emotional appeal, uncompromising engineering, innovative technology and outstanding service. This training centre will allow us to provide intensive training in Sales, Service, Parts and Business Systems to BMW Group India associates and our retail network to ensure customers receive best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience.”

The new training center is the BMW's third major investment in India after setting up the assembly plant in Chennai and a national-level parts warehouse in Mumbai. The German giant has also developed a strong dealership network across the country's major metropolitan cities. Alongwith, high-tech tools and equipments for training, the campus is developed in a way to provide non-technical, technical and body trainings to a large number of 18,000 man days per year from eight in-house training institutes. A special Brand and Customer institute with three conference rooms is also developed to provide the impeccable training to BMW associates from across the world.
