The German automaker, BMW Motorrad has today launched the new F 750 GS at the ongoing Auto Expo 2018, the bike is priced at Rs 12.20 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom). It was showcased at the EICMA show last year and now made its Indian debut at the current Expo. It shares the same 853cc Water-cooled, 4-stroke, in-line two-cylinder engine with the BMW F 850 GS but the engine has been tuned to deliver slightly different output in both the bikes. The engine churns out close to 77 HP @ 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 83 Nm comes @ 6000 rpm. It comes mated to a constant mesh 6-speed gearbox.
Being an adventure tourer class of motorcycle, it comes equipped with a bunch of equipment and features to make the off-road riding easy. Its long travel front suspension, high raised seat at 815mm, wide handle-bar, and riding stance of a true adventure tourer makes the F 750 GS a promising bike. Also, it comes loaded with ABS, ASC plus ‘Rain’ and ‘Road’ riding modes included as standard. Talking about its instrument panel, its 6.5 inch full-color TFT screen displays a bunch of information in an easy to read format.
