The new BMW M760Li xDrive will make its world premiere at the Geneva International Motor Show 2016. The new M760Li xDrive raises the bar in the sporting luxury sedan segment as the flagship variant of the successfully launched BMW 7-Series model range.The new M760Li is headlined with its exceptional refinement and supreme power delivery at all times, the V12 petrol engine with M Performance TwinPower Turbo technology under the bonnet reinforces the new car’s range-topping status.
Speaking of the exterior, the new BMW M760Li along with its high performance sports an aerodynamic aesthetics. Looking at the front fascia it gives an aggressive appearance, while at the rear nonetheless sporty with a trunk-mounted spoiler. It also gets an exclusive 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels that are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and sports exhaust system.
Talking about the interior, the cabin greets a warm welcome with electrically adjustable front comfort seats with memory function. It also sports the M BMW M Performance character with exclusive M leather three-spoke steering wheel that carries the M logo, has Pearl Gloss Chrome multifunction buttons on its spokes and shift paddles for manual gear changes on the reverse, Door sill plates with an illuminated V12 signage.
Interesting part is under the hood where the new M760Li is packed with a 6.6-litre M Performance TwinPower Turbo V12 engine that dishes out 600 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. This motor is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission with a rear-biased BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive system which enables this machine to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in about 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 250 kmph.
To keep this beast in control, engineers have installed Executive Drive Pro air suspension system and Driving Assistant Plus system includes the Steering and lane control assistant, Lane keeping assistant with active side collision protection, Rear collision prevention and Crossing traffic warning functions. It also features an Active Steering system which gives better steering by slightly turning the rear wheels.
The new BMW M760i xDrive will go on sale in the United States early next year and undoubtedly it will touch the Indian shore soon after that.
