BMW X3 xDrive30d M Sport Launched at Rs. 59.90 Lakhs

BMW India has silently launched the X3 xDrive30d M Sport at a sticker price of Rs. 59.90 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi) in the country. The BMW X3 xDrive30d M Sport comes with a new engine and M Sport package. It would be locally produced at the BMW Plant Chennai and available at BMW dealerships across India, from today. The BMW X3 is now available in two engine variants: BMW X3 xDrive 30d and BMW X3 xDrive 20d.

Live life to the fullest and look forward to adventures everyday with the new BMW X3 xDrive 30d M Sport.” For those asking, the new BMW X3 xDrive 30d M Sport also has the next generation BMW iDrive (the on-board Driver Information System) with touch controller, BMW Navigation Professional (integrated Global Positioning System – GPS) with 25.9 cm colour display with 3D maps.

Talking about the exterior of new BMW X3 M Sport, it boasts the M Aerodynamic package, a choice of six individual exterior colours including exclusive Carbon Black metallic, M light alloy wheels and BMW Individual High-Gloss Shadow Line with design elements in high-gloss Black. The M Aerodynamic package comprises of body-colored bumpers at front and rear, rear diffuser in Dark Shadow metallic and side sills. Also, the sill covers, wheel arch trim and door trim are in the body colour. There are 'M' badges on the sides to further distinguish it from the standard variants. As for entertainment, the M-badged SUV has high-end Surround Sound system from Harman Kardon and Connectivity through Bluetooth and USB devices. Park Distance Control (PDC) rear and front along with rear view camera also come as standard features.

Inside the cabin, the BMW X3 xDrive30d M Sport comes with sport seats for driver and passenger in cloth/leather upholstery. In addition, it features a multifunction M leather steering wheel and Panorama glass roof as standard. Mechanically, it is powered by a 3.0L, 6-cylinder in-line diesel engine which dishes out a maximum power of 258bhp and peak torque of 560 Nm. It is linked to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission with BMW's Driving Experience Control switch, which enables the driver to choose between different driving modes to suit the driving conditions (Comfort, ECO PRO, Sport and Sport+). It does a 0-100kmph sprint in 5.9 seconds, while clocking a top speed of 232kmph.
