BMW X3 xDrive30i Luxury Line Launched at Rs 56.90 Lakhs

BMW India has launched the petrol variant of X3 at an introductory price of Rs 56.90 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, India) in the country. Being locally-produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai, BMW X3 xDrive30i Luxury Line can now be ordered from BMW dealerships from today onwards. The new SUV is available in the following metallic paintworks: Mineral White, Sophisto Grey, Black Sapphire and Phytonic Blue. The range of fine upholstery combinations in the all-new BMW X3 Luxury Line include Leather Vernasca Beige and Leather Vernasca Mocha.

The xDrive30i Luxury Line variant flaunts fully Adaptive LED headlights, double kidney grille and hexagonal LED fog lamps at the front. It rides on classically designed 19-inch light-alloy wheels while the rear end boasts of LED expressive taillights combined with a low-slung roof spoiler and exhaust tail pipes on both sides in chrome. Automatic tailgate operation and two-tone underbody protection in frozen grey matt with chrome trim also come as standard fitments. The SUV has a boot capacity of 550 litres which is further extendable to 1,600 litres thanks to a 40/20/40 split including through-loading system. The X3 petrol features Driving Experience Control switch with four driving modes: ECOPRO, COMFORT, SPORT and SPORT+.

The cabin is finished in leather upholstery in Vernasca, while a Sensatec-covered instrument panel with contrast stitching and Fine-wood trim in poplar grain grey is offered as standard. The door panels get X logo in the elegant chrome. Some of the standout features of the BMW X3 petrol include adjustable rear seat backrest, rear window sunblind, BMW Display Key, Wireless Charging for mobile phones, Welcome Light Carpet, enlarged panoramic roof and ambient lighting with six dimmable light designs. BMW is also offering a host of ConnectedDrive systems like the 12.3-inch Multifunction Instrument Display, BMW iDrive, including touch controller, 10.25-inch touchscreen BMW Navigation Professional, 600 Watts Harman Kardon Surround Sound system, Apple Car Play, BMW Apps and Connectivity through Bluetooth and USB.

As far as safety features are concerned, BMW xDrive30i Luxury Line comes with six airbags, Attentiveness Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control Rear-view camera with Park Assist, crash sensor and ISOFIX child seat mounting as standard. Under the hood, it has a 2.0L 4-cylinder petrol engine which develops power output of 252bhp and torque performance of 350 Nm at 1,450–4,800rpm. The car accelerates from 0-100kmph in just 6.3 seconds. The engine is linked to an 8-speed automatic Steptronic sport transmission with steering wheel paddle shifters. BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system and Dynamic Traction control (DTC) are also a part of the standard features in the SUV.
