The Suzuki Gixxer SF is undoubtedly the best looking fully faired entry-level motorcycles to come in short time. the naked version of the same has eaten up the market of some bikes in that segment and now the fully faired version of gixxer is here to go head to head against the Pulsar RS200, Hero Karizma ZMR and Yamaha Fazer. So the Indian motorcycle market is getting fired-up with new motorcycles and it’s sweet to see the level of new motorcycles getting higher with the rising competition. While, Suzuki has already commenced the bookings of the new Suzuki Gixxer SF, the booking amount is INR 5000.The new Suzuki Gixxer SF is a fully faired version of its naked street fighter sibling “Suzuki Gixxer”. The looks of both the motorcycles are totally different as one is naked and other is the faired version of the same. The exhaust cowl has been changed in the new SF while most of the other things are same. The Suzuki Gixxer SF is a very striking motorcycle that will come out on a very affordable pricing of around INR 88,000/- (ex-showroom).

Gixxer SF shares the same chassis with the old naked street fighter and it carries 43 mm telescopic front suspension while the rear is 7-way adjustable mono-shock suspension. Front brakes are disc’s while the rear is not.The front and rear rubber are tubeless while measuring 100/80/17 and 140/60R/17 respectively. The Gixxer SF will be around 2050 mm long, 785 mm wide and 1030 mm tall (same as the Gixxer, while height will be different) and the weight of the bike is expected to be around 148 kgs. Just like the similar chassis, this bike will be powered with the same old engine that is 154.9cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine producing 14.6 PS at 8000 RPM and 14 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM.
