Chevrolet India has launched first of its kind nationwide ‘body and paint camp’ for its existing customers. Started on 23rd Sep, the camp will benefit all the existing customers. Organising a camp by an automaker is nothing new, but this is the first time any automaker is organising a paint and body camp. The camp will help the owners of GM cars to update their car’s looks and appearance.  The camp has been set up in 150 locations across India where the Chevrolet car owners can get their cars repaired and painted from minor scratches and dents. The brand is also providing massive offers and discounts to all its customers for any major works.

Chevrolet owners will receive 25% off on painting charges and free underbody inspections. The owners will also receive discounts on anti-rust coatings, interior cleaning and body polishing. GM has also mentioned about the 5% discounts on body parts of their cars. To provide good after sales support for the discontinued cars like Opel Corsa, Optra, Spark and Aveo etc., GM has reduced the prices up to 70% for specific body parts which are more prone to damages.

This is second car care camp from the American manufacturer in this year after the Monsoon service camp which was held at June 2016. A total of 225 Chevrolet dealership participated in that service camp which was considered as a great success by the company.

According to the Vice president of Chevrolet India, the company is determined to offer an outstanding value for money proposition to all its customers. Chevrolet ‘Body and Paint camp’ is one initiative in a continuous string of events. This reinforces the company’s commitment to provide better value for money to all its customers. The camp will end on 30th of September 2016.

In the last few years, GM India has organised many camps which provide an efficient way to maintain the cars for its customers. The company is making efforts towards providing a better after sales service and connecting with consumers, which might give it a better hold of the car market and thus, increase its sales numbers.
