Soon after Datsun revealed Cross model in Indonesia, the facelift version of its Go hatchback has been spied at a dealership in the country. A leaked image of the Go facelift is all over the inter-web, divulging concrete details about the upcoming facelift. On the outside, the spied model is seen sporting a new front end, although the circular fog lamps are missing. A silver vehicle can also be seen in the background, which seems to be a Datsun Go hatchback. Changes made to the front reportedly include a wider grille and a slightly different design for the headlamps. The bumper in front has also been reworked, and the fog lamps seem to get new housing.

The leaked image does not reveal anything on the inside, albeit it is believed the Go facelift could get an updated dashboard reminiscent of the recently revealed Datsun Cross. In addition, the hatchback could also share the touchscreen infotainment system with the Cross.
On the mechanical front, expect the Datsun Go Facelift to carry over the same engine that powers the existing model. As for the Indian market, the hatchback gets a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine tuned to make the maximum power of 67 bhp at 5000 rpm along with a top torque of 104Nm at 4,000 rpm. For transmitting power, it uses the conventional 5-speed manual unit.
While Datsun has not made any official announcement regarding the launch of Go facelift in India, reports in media indicate that it could be rolled out in the coming months.
