Carzonrent and Tata Motors joined hands today to launch the Myles City Drive service, a one of its kind service, where people can use the Tata Nano Twist for Self Drive, to get in and around Delhi-NCR on rental basis for an hour or a month or a year. Mr. Deepankar Tiwari, Head- Institutional Sales, Tata Motors, today handed over 200 Nanos to Mr. Rajiv Vij, Managing Director, Carzonrent, to start the service which can be accessed from 43 locations across Delhi.

Self drive concept is a very prevalent concept in the European countries where the companies like Hertz, provide a no frills service to the customers who want a self drive car. India, sadly, doesn't have much of an option for such service with only handful of operators providing services in a very limited area, including Carzonrent. With the tie-up with Tata Motors, Carzonrent- the largest company in India providing personal transportation solutions, intends to change the scenario in India.
