The DSK Benelli TNT 300, which was first introduced back in September 2015, has been popular among the youth in India. Hence, with this popularity to work with, the company has introduced the ABS (anti-lock braking system) version of the Benelli TNT 300. Dealers have already started taking booking for the same with a token amount of Rs. 15,000.

The new ABS version of the DSK Benelli TNT 300 gets the same engine as the non-ABS version. It is powered by a 300 cc engine which is capable of thrusting out a maximum power of 37 bhp along with a peak torque of 26.5 Nm. As for the transmission, there is a 6-speed gearbox unit doing the duties.

The DSK Benelli TNT 300 gets a telescopic front fork and mono shock suspension at the rear. As for the braking, the motorcycle gets single disc brake at the rear and dual disc for the front wheel. This new ABS launched ABS version will serve the new mandate imposed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways last year. This mandate specified all motorcycles about 125 cc to either be added with ABS or CBS (combined braking system). This step has been taken to lower the road accident rate and also improve the safety to the drivers.

DSK Benelli is also looking to expand its Indian portfolio by launching two new models this year, which are the Leoncino Scrambler and the TRK502. It might even showcase a new motorcycle at the upcoming 2018 Auto Expo. The new motorcycles will be completely manufactured in India.

The DSK Benelli TNT 300 has been given an on-road price of Rs. 3.93 lakhs as in New Delhi. However, the deliveries will commence after one week, according to the dealership.
