Fiat Avventura is just a few days away from its much anticipated launch, but it is still making headlines quite frequently. The latest reports claim that the official brochure of the pseudo-crossover has been leaked which provides detailed information of variants, features, engine, transmission and fuel efficiency. Folks at Motorbeam have got an exclusive copy of this brochure which reveals almost everything related to the Avventura crossover.
The leaked brochure shows that Avventura compact crossover would be coming in three trims - Active, Dynamic and Emotion. However, petrol guise would be deprived of Emotion trim as it would have only Active and Dynamic trims, unlike the diesel. The company has kept 16-inch alloy wheels as standard feature on the entire variant range of Avventura to maintain sportiness. Fiat Avventura would boast an array of premium features, which would be standard across the entire range, in form of central locking, roof rack, external spare wheel, dual-tone dashboard, alloy wheels, front power windows, foldable key, compass and inclinometer. The top-of-the-range Emotion trim will have added premium features such as ABS, EBD, dual front airbags, foglights, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, electrically-adjustable wing mirrors, remote keyless entry, music system with Bluetooth and steering mounted controls.
Under the hood, the petrol variants would have an upgraded 1.4L FIRE engine which would make 89bhp of maximum power at 6000 rpm with a peak torque of 115Nm at 4500 rpm. The diesel variants, on the other hand, would be powered by a 1.3L MJD engine which is tuned effectively to obtain a top power of 91.6bhp at 4000 rpm in accordance with a peak torque performance of 209Nm at 2000 rpm. There wouldn't be any auto transmission and both the engine would come paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The petrol variants would yeild an ARAI Certified fuel efficiency of 14.4kmpl while the diesel variants would deliver a healthy mileage of 20.5kmpl. Dimensionally, Avventura would measure 3989X1706X1542 mm (LengthXWidthXHeight) while the wheelbase would be 2510mm. It would lock horns with Volkswagen Cross Polo and Toyota Etios Cross upon its arrival in the country. Fiat is expected to price it in a domain of Rs. 6-8 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom).
