Fiat Group Automobiles India Private Limited (FGAIPL) is organizing free check up camps for its customers at all its dealerships across India.
The free national check up camp will be held on January 24th and 25th and is a part of the company’s Century Drive initiative to reach out to a wide base of its customers located across the country.
FIAT exclusive dealership will contact existing FIAT customers through text messages and e-mails to inform them about the camps. The 2 day check up camp will be set up at all the FIAT workshops in 74 cities of the country. FIAT will provide an extensive 49 point check up for all FIAT customers with free top wash, 10% discount on labour, 10% discount on car parts to the customer for mechanical repairs and a healthy 10% discount on accessories & merchandise.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler India Operations said, “FIAT India is rapidly taking strides to reach out to incumbent and prospective customers. The after sales check up camps are an effective way to connect with our existing customer base and our commitment towards them. Through the check up camps, we will replicate FIAT’s global standards in after sales service in India. This initiative is a part of “FIAT Century Drive” which marks the significance of a milestone achievement of 100 dealerships in just one year.”
Fiat sells two products in India- the Linea sedan and the Punto hatchback. The company recently innaugurated its 100th dealership in the country and is aiming to take this number up to 150 by the end of this year.
