Fiat launches limited Absolute edition of Linea and Punto

Manufacturers are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the pace that they have gained during the festive season does not goes away. We have seen many launches happening just after the festive season left the atmosphere. Now, Fiat India has pushed the limited ‘Absolute’ edition in the market for both their offerings Punto and Linea in the market. The Absolute edition will carry customized accessory pack at no extra cost. The Absolute pack aims to offer utility and exclusivity to the limited number of owners of the Fiat cars.

As expected, there would no mechanical changes to the machine and everything offered with the limited edition will remain bounded to the new accessory packs inside the vehicle. The features include a Touch Screen GPS navigator with 3G capability and smartphone functionality. The 1.0 Ghz powered tablet runs on Android 2.3 OS and will offer functions like phone, multimedia and Bluetooth. The limited edition vehicles will also feature reverse parking sensors, contoured splash guards, beige colored carpets, Model brand on the door sill, Absolute edition branding and chrome strip on the boot.

Fiat in a bid to woo customers is also giving free road side assistance packs with the limited edition models. There is also exchange bonus to enjoy on these vehicles.

Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director- FIAT Chrysler India Operations said, “Fiat has exhilarating plans for this festival season. To celebrate and share the festivities with our customers, the launch of the Absolute Edition offers them additional benefits at the same price. India is an important market for us and this endeavour is an important step for FIAT in that direction. We came out with this celebratory offer keeping the consumers sentiments and their needs in mind where they can avail maximum benefits at no extra cost.”

Fiat Linea starts from Rs. 7.12 lakh while Fiat Punto carries a starting price of Rs. 5.03 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
