Fiat India has launched the Linea 125 S at an introductory price of Rs. 7.82 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, New Delhi) in the country. Being firstly showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo in February, the Linea 125 S is the most powerful sedan in its segment with top power of 123bhp. In addition, the Italian automaker also introduced the Punto EVO PowerTech and Avventura PowerTech at sticker price of Rs. 6.81 Lakhs and Rs. 7.87 Lakhs (all mentioned prices are Ex. Showroom, New Delhi), respectively.
Talking about Fiat Linea 125 S, it gets several premium features such as 5-inch multi-functional touch-screen infotainment system with navigation, soft-touch IP with ambient lighting, rear sun curtain, 16-inch signature alloy wheels, rain sensing smart wipers, auto headlamps, single-touch power windows, cruise control, disc brakes on all four wheels and dual stage driver airbags. For those asking, the 5-inch touch-screen infotainment system consists of features such as Bluetooth, Capacitive (soft-touch) touch screen, SD card facility, USB-enabled, navigation from ‘Map My India’ and rear view camera capability. The Linea 125 S is also the longest sedan in its segment with a length of 4596 mm and has the best-in-segment ground clearance of 190 mm with boot capacity of 500-litres.
Coming to the Fiat Punto EVO PowerTech and Avventura PowerTech, they are now powered by the award-winning 1.3L Multijet engine which would generate a maximum power output of 93bhp. Branded as ‘PowerTech’ both Punto EVO and Avventura will be available in three progressive trims – Active, Dynamic and Emotion. The company would offer the 5-inch multi-functional touch screen infotainment system with navigation across all variants as standard feature.
