Fiat India has organized its second loyalty camp this year for its customers in the country. The Italian car marque sells its product in good numbers in the European market and struggled to get the same branding in India. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) now announced to a service camp that will be conducted at all the authorized dealerships of the company. The camp will be held from September 19 to September 25 that aims to out spread its services to its customers across the country.
Fiat customers will get several advantages through through the Fiat loyalty camps, offering discounts of up to 15 percent on spares and 15% discount on labour that is applicable only on mechanical repairs. Not only this, customers will also get the benefits of the Pre-Winter free car check-up along with free top wash.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA India said, “FCA regularly conducts multiple service camps through the year. We encourage customers to take full advantage of these special service camps in order to maintain their Fiat cars at the lowest possible cost. We at FCA recognise that after-sales plays a key role in customer satisfaction and this is just one initiative which we are taking to make sure our customers across India can avail themselves of good value high skilled service."
Company’s dealership executives will contact all its customers through e-mails and text messages to inform them about the camps. Recently, the brand also opened bookings for the Urban Cross recently.
