The Japanese automaker has just officially announced the updates 2016 CBR500R will be coming up with. The 2016 CBR500R will carry a slew of modifications including a new look, upgraded forks with adjustable pre-load, a larger tank, an adjustable brake lever and a new exhaust. Honda has been kind enough to give a hint about the bike before it is scheduled to be unveiled at the 2015 American International Motorcycle Expo in Florida on 15th this month.

Honda said in a press release: 'Honda Motor Europe is pleased to announce a comprehensive range of upgrades for the CBR500R, its sports middleweight first launched for the 2013 sales season. The CBR500R’s combination of lively performance and sports styling has earned it widespread popularity both among riders stepping up from smaller machines and experienced riders looking for all-round sporty capability.

It has its roots inspired from the premier CBR1000RR and when launched, 2016 CBR500R will become the first middle-weight motorcycle to have twin LED headlamps assembly for masses. Well we consider ourself unlucky as Honda has no plans to introduce the same in the Indian motorcycle market any soon.  What do you think about the new CBR500R?
