Expanding its model lineup in India, Ford introduced a manual transmission option on the EcoSport petrol in the Titanium+ variant and is paired with Ford’s latest three-cylinder 1.5L Ti-VCT petrol engine. Ford EcoSport Tiatanium+ variant gets a price tag of Rs 10.47 lakh (Ex Showroom across India). Ford EcoSport compete with the likes of the Mahindra TUV300, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Tata Nexon.
Speaking on this, Rahul Gautam, Vice President Marketing at Ford India said, “Since new Ford EcoSport was introduced, our customers have been demanding a top-of-the-line Titanium+ petrol manual variant, offering enhanced safety with six airbags. In our commitment to meet customer demands, we are pleased to introduce this variant and offer a greater choice to our customers.”
In the top-spec Titanium+ trim of the EcoSport comes equipped with projector headlights with LED daytime running lights, cruise control, rain sensing wipers, rear view camera, 17-inch alloy wheels and Ford's SYNC 3 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with voice control and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. For safety, it comes with features like 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child safety seat anchors among others.

The new EcoSport Titanium+ MT is powered by the 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine which produces 122 BHP @ 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 150 Nm @ 4,500 rpm, which is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The EcoSport Titanium+ is also available with a 6-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifts.
