Ford Figo Aspire is all set to be launched next month in the country. It would mark the company's entry into the highly lucrative sub-compact sedan segment, while locking horns with the likes of Maruti Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent and Tata Zest. We earlier told you about the engine specs of the Figo Aspire, and now we have learnt about the variants and features to be offered with the Figo Aspire. The new sedan would be launched in four trim levels in both petrol and diesel guises.
Ford Figo Aspire would be available in four grades - Ambiente, Trend, Titanium and Titanium+ - and a total of three engines. The sedan's base trim Ambiente would have features like Rear fog lamps, Passenger vanity mirror, 12V power outlet, Guide- Me-Home headlamps, Tilt adjustable steering wheel, Front power windows with one-touch up-down driver window, Electric boot release, Remote locking, and Engine immobilizer as standard. Just so you know, dual front airbags would be offered as standard safety feature across the entire variant line-up of Ford Figo Aspire.
Talking about the Trend trim of Figo Aspire, it would come loaded with premium features as standard such as Front fog lamps, Rear centre armrest, Driver vanity mirror, Boot lamp, Steering-mounted audio and phone controls, Electrically adjustable wing mirrors with turn indicators, Rear power windows, MyFord Dock, Tachometer, AM/FM radio with aux, USB and Bluetooth. The Titanium grade, besides having all the features of Trend trim, would have Rear defogger, Driver seat height adjustable, Climate control, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Electronic stability program (ESP), traction control and Hill-start assist(Automatic), Front seatbelt height adjustable, Driver seatbelt reminder and 14-inch alloy wheels.
Talking about the top-end Titanium+, it would have Ford's SYNC Applink with voice command as standard feature. Moreover, it would have six airbags, including curtain and side airbags. There would also be a few more high-end features like Leather seats, CD/MP3 player, 4.2-inch multi-function display, Ford MyKey, and Emergency assistance as standard on the flagship variant. For those wondering, the Titanium+ range-topping variant would miss out on MyFord Dock which is available with lower variants. As known, the Ford Figo Aspire would come with a 1.2L and 1.5L petrol, and a 1.5L diesel motor. The 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engines would be available with all the trims, while the 1.5L petrol with 100bhp of power and 6-speed double clutch automatic gearbox would be offered with Titanium variant only.
