Ford India announces ‘Monsoon Ready Service Camps’ in India

With the onset of monsoon across the country within the next few days, Ford India has organised a special service initiative called ‘Monsoon Ready Service Camps’ that was kickstarted on the 18th June and will be active until the June 28th across all Ford dealerships. 

Under the service initiative, Ford India will provide a host of offers to its customers visiting the dealership workshops during the campaign days such as a free car wash and vehicle report card check-up, 50 per cent off on a new set of wipers, Rs 1000 off on batteries with a also a buy back option, free wheel alignment in case, of four tyre replacement and 10 per cent off on new brake pads, suspension (selected parts) and fog lamps. In addition, the company will also throw in free laptop bags and gifts for their customers. 

Lastly, Ford India will share some useful tips with auto enthusiasts on how to enjoy uninterrupted driving during the rains, which will cover aspects from when driving in plains, to hills and in coastal areas to smart and useful maintenance and car care tips. 

Commenting on the initiative, PK Umashankar, vice president of customer service operations, Ford India said, “Enhancing the ownership experience is an intensive and continuos process and a strategic imperative for Ford India. The Monsoon Ready Service Camps is our attempt to offer customers a hassle-free ownership experience even during the monsoons.”
