In a latest move by Ford India, major organizational changes have been announced with Mr. Vinay Piparsania taking charge as the Director, Marketing, Sales and Service operations at the Ford Global Centre based out in Ford's HQ in Chennai, India. The changes will come into effect from 1st October ahead of India's festive season.
In other major changes, Anurag Mehrotra will take over from Mr. Vinay Piparsania as the Ford India's Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service. Anurag will lead the responsibility for all aspects of MS&S operations of Ford India, including revenue, sales volume, market share, marketing strategy & launches as well as dealer development, after sales service and overall customer satisfaction.
In his previous roles, Mr. Mehrotra, served as the vice president, Sales, at the Ford India and was responsible for looking after Ford’s growing sales network in India. He also served as the Vice President, Marketing at the Ford India and was credited with the success in designing and implementing marketing campaigns for Ford’s product range in India.
Vinay Raina, will take charge as the Vice President, Sales, Ford India, replacing Anurag Mehrotra. In the role, Vinay Raina will lead sales operations of Ford India, including sales planning & programming and fleet sales. He was previously positioned as General Manager, Product Marketing, Ford India.
Ford Motor Co.’s Global Business Services (GBS) division provides support to nearly every Ford location around the world in the areas of IT, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Automotive Financing, Marketing, Sales and Service, Analytics and Purchasing.
