Ford Midnight Sale starts today!

Snapshot: Ford has announced the Midnight Sale for today where all the showrooms across the country will stay opened till midnight and customers can get benefits equaling to Rs. 3.5 crore

Ford has come up with an annual ritual of keeping their showrooms open till midnight and organizing ‘Midnight Sale’. Today on 5th December, all the Ford brand showrooms across the country will be open till midnight and there will be lot of prizes to grab!

The total freebie amount would be in tune of 3.5 crore and the carnival will start from 8am in the morning! Every purchase will be bundled with small assured gifts which includes household electronics and many other items!

Ford has strategically formed the offer to bump up sales of their non-performing models. The offers on the Ford models are as follows:

  • Ford Figo – Free insurance, Exchange and Loyalty bonus
  • Ford Fiesta Classic – Free insurance, Exchange and Loyalty bonus
  • Ford Fiesta – Free insurance
  • Ford Endeavour -  Cash Benefits
  • Ford EcoSport – No offers

It is interesting how Ford has line-up their products with the offers this year. The Ford Figo, which has been facing tough competition has been doing alright, but not very well. The new Fiesta also has seen a sharp decline in sale in last few months. The Fiesta Classic sales dropped abruptly last month. The only SUV from the Indian Ford factory; the Endeavour, has been selling in two digit figures since last many months and received a good response last month when the sales figure of the car reached 3 digits. The only car which has been doing well and Ford has decided not to cover the compact SUV in the Midnight Sale offer.

The Ford EcoSport has been in talks way ahead is one of the most hyped launches of this year. The car received a very good response but extended waiting period of the vehicle forced many buyers to look for alternatives. Ford might come with big models at AutoExpo, which is scheduled to happen next year and one of the models which has the potential to threaten to the current market would be the sedan based on Figo.
