Ford Mustang Facelift could get a re-tuned V8 engine when it launches in India in April 2020.

The updated Ford Mustang was unveiled at the 2018 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Ford Mustang Facelift had a good run in the global market after its unveiling at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2018. Now, the updated model is on its way to India with a launch expected sometime in April 2020.
The Ford Mustang Facelift engine will be the same 5L V8 engine that is present in the existing pre-Facelift model. However, the motor is a more robust one at 450hp when compared to the 415hp motor of the current model. The vehicle might get a 10-speed auto transmission system whereas the company had offered a 6-speed torque converter earlier.
The Ford Mustang Facelift exterior boasts of a lower bonnet with integrated air vents. The grille gets a remodeling to become slimmer in comparison. The redesigned bumper along with the diffuser makes up the rear refurbishments. Reshaped headlamps suit the updated looks of the iconic sports car.
The 2019 Ford Mustang gets three additional color options in red, blue, and orange. The 19-inch alloy wheels also come in three different finishes.
The Ford Mustang Facelift interior gets an upgrade, as well in the form of a 12-inch LCD display. High-quality plastics on the doors and the center consoles give it a regal appearance. The car boasts of new equipment such as LED lights and adaptive cruise control.
The Ford Mustang India price is not available, as on date. One can expect more on this score as the launch date draws near.
