And their past launches and customer focused initiatives speak louder than the words. Ford's Ecosport and Figo made a huge entry to India and within no time, set new records in their respective segments. But the rising volume also meant rising responsibility to manage happy customers.
In such a strategy, Ford launched their Customer Focus Initiative, and as an addition to the program, they have decided to provide Ford Genuine spare parts from not only the authorized dealerships but also through retail distribution network. Which means that Fird customers can get genuine spare parts from standalone mechanics and other multi brand workshops.
To provide this service, Ford has appointed ‘Eminent Auto Parts’ as their exclusive distributor for the capital. The aim is to offer customers, competitively priced spare parts through the channel of Eminent Auto Parts. This is the initial offering of the company in the country with a future plan to launch such network pan India starting from Maharashtra, Karnataka and Eastern region.
Other than the new initiative, Ford will continue to offer its existing range of services like the pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane centre. Customers will also continue to get the Happy Pocket Service that starts at Rs 2199 and was launched earlier this year.
