The world renowned luxury car manufacturer from Germany Audi, has unveiled yet another luxury sedan at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show that commenced on the 10th of September. The newly exposed car is called the A8, which is clearly the updated version of the standard A8 that now has cool new features and modernized engine variants. The front of the car has gone through a new style make-up session, the grille, the front and rear bumpers and the bonnet are now entirely revised. The rear taillights are made up of LEDs and the boot space of the car has also been improved to hold more luggage.
The visible changes of the interior include leather upholstery, MMI navigation system and brand new trims. The headlights also comprise of LEDs with optional matrix technology, just like the tail lamps, which is made up of 25 individual segments that work in juxtaposition with reflectors and lenses associated with the series. This new innovative technology enables the system to retort accurately to other automobiles, which it identifies using a camera, and always illuminate the road vibrantly. However the invisible upgrades include a highly insulated cabin and additional insulation on the dampers, to further reduce the noise inside the passenger compartment.
This car is expected to come to the United Kingdom on January 2014, and can be expected in India by the end of 2014. Although India may or may not receive the same engine range, its not too far fetched to expect it.
