Now, after declaring the pricing for first three bikes that has been already launched in the country, namely the, MV Agusta F3 800, MV Agusta Brutale 1090 and the incredibly gorgeous MV Agusta F4. the Kinetic- MV Agusta alliance is planning to bring in the next lot of their portfolio to India starting from the much needed Brutale 800 into its Indian portfolio.

Expected to launch in July 2016, the 2016 Brutale 800 was previewed at the 2015 EICMA at Milan. When launched, the Brutale 800 will be the most affordable MV in India with an expected price of INR 13-14 Lakhs Ex-Showroom and it will arrive through the CKD route. The 2016 Brutale 800 is Euro IV compliant and produces 116bhp@11500rpm and a peak torque of 83Nm@7600rpm from its 796cc three cylinder engine with DOHC. It is interesting to note that the 2016 Brutale produces 9bhp less and 3Nm more than the 2015 Brutale 800.

For 2016, the Brutale 800 also gains 7kg in the process of getting itself Euro IV ready and now weighs 175Kg dry while the compression ratio has also seen a hit and is now 12.3:1 as against the 13.3:1 of the 2015 model year Brutale 800. The 2016 model has also seen a few minor tweaks in the aesthetic front, with an all new tail section, a redesigned fuel tank as well as a new LED front light design. The wheelbase is now longer by 20mm while trail increases by 8.5mm to 103.5mm. The tyres are from Pirelli and are Rosso III models, while the front suspension is Marzocchi with the rear being a Sachs monoshock.

When launched in July 2016, the MV Agusta Brutale 800 once launched, will be the entry point to the world of MV Agusta's iconic motorcycles and will be sold by Motoroyale, a Joint venture between Kinetic and MV Agusta for India. Since, the model will be a CKD Assembly, it will be assembled in the country by Kinetic at their facility outside the city of Pune.
