We can only imagine the perks of being a Google executive and needless to say the income must be very substantial taking into account this is one of the most profitable companies in the entire world. Benjamin Sloss is one of the executives working at Google and he decided to buy a brand new track-only Ferrari FXX K as a gift to his beloved wife Christine.
Only 40 units are planned for production, but Benjamin was lucky enough to earn the privilege of buying the track beast which will join an ever growing garage including some incredible cars such as the LaFerrari, 458 Speciale, McLaren P1, Ford Raptor, race-spec Ferrari 599XX and a McLaren 12C Spider.
As part of the birthday celebrations, Benjamin took his wife Christine in Italy at the famous Fiorano track where he handed over the keys to this yellow FXX K which costs no less than €2.5 million (186 million INR). It should be mentioned the model’s product marketing director Nicola Boari has described the FXX K as a standalone car rather than a track derivative of the LaFerrari and he even hinted an even more hardcore Evo version is in the works with more power and less weight.
As a reminder, the standard FXX K packs a mighty 1,050 bhp combined output from its upgraded hybrid system encompassing a V12 naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor which together generate in excess of 900 Nm of torque. It will be interesting to see how the Evo will improve on these already remarkable figures and chances are the price tag will be a lot more exorbitant, especially since only a handful of units will be planned.
Just like its predecessors, the FXX K is a car provided by Ferrari to their customers for specially organized events. In other words, the owner doesn’t actually have the car at his disposal at all times as Ferrari will only offer the car during these events while the rest of the time they will take good care of it.
