Harley-Davidson shows the new Low Rider S to the world
Snapshot: It has not yet been launched in India, but we hope it shall touch the Rs. 20 Lakh mark as it costs Rs 14.56 lakh in the American market.
The legendary American motorcycle maker has added another motorcycle to its current product portfolio in India. Harley Davidson has just unveiled the new Low Rider S motorcycle which is placed in Harley’s performance oriented Dyna range. The bike has been made with a centre focus kept on maximum power and performance out of the engine. It has been equipped with the Screamin’ Eagle Twin Cam 110 engine that produces atrocious 156Nm of peak torque. Isn’t that frantic?
Apart from that the bike also has a forward-facing Screamin’ Eagle Heavy Breather performance intake with a 2x2 exhaust just like the Fat Boy. The bike is offered in ABS and a cruise control as a standard.
Harley even manage to add different suspensions and brake setup to complement the overall performance of the Low Rider S. The engine transfers the power to the rear wheel via a belt drive and is mated to a six-speed transmission system. Talking about the visuals, the bike looks astonishing and the combination of gloss black and black power coat makes gives it a classy stance. Also the air-filter protruding out of the body gives a mean touch to the bike.
It has not yet been launched in India, but we hope it shall touch the Rs. 20 Lakh mark as it costs Rs 14.56 lakh in the American market. While we wait for Harley to announce any news on the Street 500 for the Indian market, you don't forget to type in your views on the new Low Rider S in the comment section below.
