Hero MotoCorp has commenced the retail sales of the new Destini 125 scooter across the country. Hero Destini 125 was recently launched in the Delhi-NCR market during the festive season in two variants Lx and Vx at prices of Rs 54,650 and Rs 57,500 (Ex. Showroom, Delhi), respectively. The scooter will be available from Wednesday, November 15, at Hero MotoCorp dealerships across the country. For those asking, Hero Destini 125 is also the first and only scooter in India to feature the highly efficient idle start-stop-system – based on Hero’s revolutionary i3S technology.

We strategically launched the scooter during the festive period in the Delhi-NCR market and initial response has been very positive.” The new Hero Destini 125 is offered in four premium metallic colors – Noble Red*, Chestnut Bronze, Panther Black and Pearl Silver White. The styling elements include metal body with a bold premium Chrome Chest, Signature Tail Lamp & Winkers, side chrome garnishes, stylish Cast wheels, new body color mirrors, and a dual tone seat cover.
The Destini 125 comes packed with a host of features in form of External fuel filling system, Remote key opening, Mobile charging port, Digital-analog Speedometer, Side Stand Indicator, Service Due Reminder and Boot light. The scooter gets telescopic suspension and an integrated braking system. Mechanically, it is powered by a new 125cc Energy Boost Engine which generates maximum power output of 8.7bhp at 6750rpm and peak torque performance of 10.2Nm at 5000rpm. The powertrain offers 17 percent higher torque and 9 percent higher power than the existing 110cc scooter. Hero Destini 125 challenges the likes of Honda Activa 5G, Suzuki Access 125 and TVS Ntorq in the Indian market.
