Hero MotoCorp launched its flagship scooter - the Hero Maestro Edge 125 today. The Maestro Edge 125 is available in FI and i3S (Carb) variants. The Hero Maestro Edge 125 (FI) is priced at Rs 62,700 and the Maestro Edge 125 i3S (Disc) is priced at Rs 60,000. The drum brake variant of the scooter is priced at Rs 58,500 (All Prices, Ex-Showroom - Delhi). The bigger Maestro Edge will certainly strengthen Hero's position in the premium scooter segment.

The Fuel Injection variant of Hero Maestro Edge 125 is powered by a 124.6 cc, single-cylinder and air-cooled motor. The motor is capable of churning out 9.1 bhp of peak power at 7,000 rpm and 10.2 NM of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. The Maestro Edge 125 i3S version is powered by Hero's Energy Boost Engine which produces 8.7 bhp of max power at 6,750 rpm and 10.2 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The i3S technology will assist the scooter to deliver higher fuel economy.
The Hero Maestro Edge 125 variants are packed with a number of stylish elements like - Signature LED headlamp, LED tail lamp, diamond-cut cast wheels, sleek rear cowl. textured seats and sharp front cover & apron. Both the models also feature remote seat opening and fuel filing, digi-analog instrument console equipped with service indicator, mobile charging point with boot lamp and external fuel filling.

The FI version of Hero Maestro Edge 125 is available in two paint schemes, namely - Pearl White with Brown inner panel & Astro gold front forks and Panther Black with the red inner panel. The i3S variant is available in four Matt finishes - Matt Blue, Matt Red, Matt Brown and Matt Vernier Grey. The scooter will be up against the likes of TVS NTorq 125, Suzuki Access 125 and Honda Activa 125.
