Hero Maestro updated with new colors and graphics

Hero Motocorp, the largest two wheeler manufacturer of India, has just updated its 110 cc gearless scooter, the Maestro, in light of the coming festive season. Hero also launched two new models just a couple of days back, to, offer customers more options, this season. The good thing though is, nothing extra will be charged from the customers for these paint schemes.
The new range of colors offered with the Maestro are - groovy medley, panther black, magnetic matt grey, force silver, vital white, blazing red and electric blue. Besides the new colors, the 110cc scooter also gets new graphics on the side panels.
As said, the changes will be purely cosmetic and the Maestro will house the same powerhouse. It will continue to get the 109cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder engine, that is capable of churning out a maximum power output of 8 BHP at 7,500rpm and 9.10 Nm of peak torque at 5,550rpm. The features like the combined braking system, digital- analogue combo meter, and tyres with Puncture Endurance tube, remains unchanged.
The scooter is priced at Rs 52,360 (ex-showroom Mumbai) and will be competing in a tough segment against the Honda Activa, Yamaha Ray Z, TVS Wego and the newly launched Mahindra Gusto.
